Ingredients to make Mexican ranch eggs:

  • 2 units of Eggs
  • 2 units of Corn tortillas
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 250 milliliters of Oil
  • For the sauce
  • 500 grams of Tomato
  • 250 grams of Onion
  • 1 piece of CuaresmeƱo chili
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 cup of beans

How to make Mexican Huevos Rancheros:

Step NO 1

We prepare the ingredients to prepare the Huevos Rancheros . We wash the vegetables and eggs.

We proceed to chop the tomatoes , onion, chili peppers and garlic.

We put a pan on the stove, over moderate heat. We pour a drizzle of oil into it and fry the garlic and onion . When they are transparent we add the tomato and the chili.
