Ingredients to make meat fondue with sauces:
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 700 ccs of vegetable oil
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 kilo of beef in pieces
- 400 grams of assorted fillets
- 50 grams of different mustards
- 1 pinch of red pepper
- 1 pinch of salt
- 50 grams of barbecue sauce
- 50 grams of bearmesa sauce
- 50 grams of golf sauce
How to make Meat Fondue with Sauces:
Step NO 1
Cut the meat into 2 to 3 cm pieces. Mix them well with salt, pepper, olive oil and the well-crushed garlic and marinate for 5 hours in the refrigerator.
Step NO 2
Fill the metal kettle halfway with the preheated vegetable oil and turn on the heat source. The pieces of meat are inserted on long wooden skewers and fried in the oil.
