Ingredients to make Guerrero style chicken chalupas:
1 kilogram of small tortilla for chalupa
whole chicken breast
1 pinch of white onion
3 pieces of large green tomato
2 pieces of Chile guajillo
4 pieces of Serrano green chili
6 pieces of Chipotle Chile marinated
1 piece of Piloncillo
1 tablespoon of Oil
How to make Warrior style chicken chalupas:

To start we cook the chicken breast in a saucepan with enough boiling water, add a pinch of salt, a clove of garlic and a piece of onion. Once completely cooked, we remove it from the heat and let it cool down.
Meanwhile we are going to place the guajillo chiles in a container with hot water , this so that they soften and the sauce of the Mexican chalupas can be prepared . Before placing them in the hot water we must clean them completely, removing seeds and veins.
On the other hand, we take the green tomatoes, the green serrano peppers, a piece of onion and the garlic and let them cook in a saucepan with enough boiling water.
Once the green tomatoes are ready and the guajillo chili is soft, we place these ingredients of the sauce in the blender glass along with a pinch of salt and the powdered chicken consommé, then we proceed to blend until obtaining a homogeneous sauce for the chalupas guerrerenses.
Now we place this chili sauce in a saucepan with a little oil previously heated and let it cool for 5 minutes. After this time we add the piece of piloncillo to the sauce and the marinated chipotle peppers, and let it cook together for 5 more minutes.
On the other hand, once the chicken is cold, we shred it finely and add a pinch of salt and pepper. Once ready we reserve it for a moment.
Now we take the small tortillas for Mexican chalupas and fry them lightly in oil, we have to be careful not to completely toast them. So we just give them a pass through the oil and voila, we remove them from the heat.
Now we place the chalupas on a plate and on them we add a little shredded chicken , bathe them with a little sauce and add a little sliced onion.
