Ingredients to make Diplomatic Cream:

  • 3 gelatin sheets

  • 50 grams of milk

  • 1 vanilla bean

  • 3 egg yolks

  • 50 grams of sugar (¼ cup)

  • 25 grams of butter

  • 200 grams of whipping cream

How to make diplomatic cream:

To start making our homemade diplomatic cream, we are going to hydrate the gelatin sheets in water . If you want, you can use agar-agar instead.
