Ingredients to make Crispy Battered Chicken Wings:

  • 500 grams of chicken wings
  • 25 grams of Salt
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 10 grams of Peppercorns
  • For the batter:

  • 3 eggs
  • 15 grams of Salt
  • 200 milliliters of lager beer
  • 500 grams of French fries bag
  • Oil for frying
  • 1 pot of barbecue sauce (optional)
  • 1 jar of Tartar Sauce (optional)
