This recipe is going to leave you with your mouth open, because I am going to teach you how to prepare a vegetarian / vegan chicken substitute using only ingredients of plant origin. The base of the recipe for homemade vegan chicken is chickpeas and wheat gluten, therefore, our preparation will have a large amount of healthy vegetable protein without cholesterol.

It is not as complicated a recipe as it seems, in addition, the result is totally worth it, because you can freeze the final product and use it in different preparations, for example, pasta dishes, rice, savory cakes, sandwiches and sandwiches, etc.
How to Make Homemade Vegan Chicken:
In the blender glass, mix the chickpeas with all the other ingredients, except the wheat gluten.
