- 70 grams of Gruyère cheese
- 50 milliliters of milk
- 40 milliliters of Water
- 65 grams of Flour
- 1 pinch of salt
- 2 units of Egg
- 40 grams of Butter
How to make Gruyère cheese fritters:
Step NO 1
To prepare these Gruyère cheese fritters, we must gather all the ingredients .
Step NO 2
In a pot we heat the milk , water and butter.
Step NO 3
When it starts to boil, add the flour and form a dough. Stir little by little so that no lumps form.
Step NO 4
Remove from heat, add an egg , mix well and let cool.

Meanwhile, we preheat the oven to 225 ºC and grate the cheese .

Once the dough is cold, we add the other egg and 3/4 of the grated Gruyère cheese.

We continue our Gruyère cheese fritters by making balls with the dough (with the help of two spoons) and placing them on a baking tray with baking paper.

Cover the fritters with the remaining cheese and bake at 225ºC for 15 minutes . We will see how the fritters begin to brown.
