- 200 g of fresh chorizo
- 200 g of mushrooms

How to make fried eggs in brick:
Step NO 1
Remove the skin from the chorizo. Finely chop the meat and fry in a pan over low heat. Clean the mushrooms, chop well, mix with the chorizo and sauté them in the pan.
