  • 500 grams of asadero cheese
  • 250 grams of Chorizo
  • 12 pieces of Corn Tortilla
  • 1 pinch of Garlic powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of white pepper

How to make Flamed Cheese:

Step NO 1

On a comal over medium heat, heat the tortillas on both sides. They are removed as they become hot and put in a tortilla maker or covered with a clean, dry cloth. Remember that you can make corn tortillas yourself or buy them already made.
