Ingredients to make avila yolks:
- 12 egg yolks
- 180 gr of sugar
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1/2 lemon rind
- 100 gr of icing sugar

How to make Yemas de Avila:
Step NO 1
Put in a saucepan 10 tablespoons of water, the sugar, the lemon peel and the cinnamon.

Heat it up and bring to a boil over very low heat, stirring.
