Ingredients to make Deviled Eggs:
- 6 hard boiled eggs
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1 teaspoon yellow vinegar
- 1 pepper, very small, minced
- Olive oil, the necessary
- Grated spicy cheese
- Salt
- Pepper to taste
- For the sauce
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons of cachup
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- Olive oil
- 1 pinch of hot sauce
- Lemon to taste

How to make Deviled Eggs:
Step NO 1
Boil the eggs until they are very hard, but not black, peel, cut in two and separate the yolks from the whites.
Step NO 2
Put the yolks on a platter, mash them well and add the mustard, vinegar, mix well, add salt and pepper a little.
Step NO 3
Soften with olive oil and finally the minced pepper, continue mixing until you have a smooth paste.

Fill the whites with this mixture and sprinkle with grated spicy cheese.

Put in a greased pyrex and bake for 10 minutes.
