- 3 yolks
- 5 egg whites
- 1 glass of milk

How to make Cornmeal Cheese Souffle:
Step NO 1
In a saucepan, mix the two types of flour and the milk with a rod. Once well mixed, heat it until it thickens. Add the cheese and keep stirring so that it dissolves. Once it binds, it will take about 2 minutes, remove from heat and let cool.
Step NO 2
Then add the yolks, mix again and pour this preparation over the whites, whipped to the point of snow, on the sugar. Mix again, this time carefully so that it is fluffy.
Step NO 3
