Colombian chicken pie is a typical appetizer in which the dough is made from puff pastry stuffed with chicken. How to make Colombian Chicken Pie:
The first step in making our chicken pie is to pre-list the ingredients.Bring a pan to medium heat and add a teaspoon of sunflower oil, add the chicken breast cut into medium cubes with a little salt and pepper to taste.Add a little garlic and mustard paste to make the Colombian chicken pie filling . Once you see that the chicken cubes are fried, add oregano to taste and a little white wine to give an additional touch to the filling of our chicken pie. Let the alcohol in the wine evaporate and turn off the heat. Take to a baking sheet and prick the puff pastry so that a little air enters when baking. Bake the chicken cakes at 180ºC for about 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown. If you wish, as an added bonus, you can add beaten egg to each of the cakes to give them a little shine.
