This cod omelette without onion is a delight, it is very easy to make and with it you can make the little ones eat more fish, in fact you can serve it alone, in a sandwich or as part of the main dish of the day.

- 750 grams of clean cod fillet
- 8 Eggs
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 chilli
- 1 pinch of salt
- 125 milliliters of olive oil
- 1 bunch of parsley, chopped
How to make cod omelette without onion:
Step NO 1
To make this cod omelette, the fish must be skinless and boneless , so that it can be shredded into small pieces.
Step NO 2
In a frying pan we put part of the oil, save 2 tablespoons and heat well. We put the sliced garlic and the chilli, sauté for a few seconds and before they brown, add the cod.
Let the whole cook for about 5-7 minutes. Stir, salt and add the chopped parsley.
Step NO 3
Next, we remove the chilli from the pan and also remove the liquid that has been generated by cooking the cod, draining everything.
Step NO 4
Besides, we beat the eggs with a pinch of salt and add the cod. In a frying pan we put the rest of the oil and when it is hot we put the mixture.
We lower the heat to medium and continue cooking until the tortilla sets on both sides.
Step NO 5
We let the cod omelette rest without onion for about 10 minutes, cut into 4 pieces, accompany with a garnish of our liking and that’s it. Take advantage!!!
