Ingredients to make Cocotte Eggs:

  • 4 units of Eggs
  • 1 unit of Baguette bread
  • 30 grams of Brie cheese
  • 200 milliliters of milk
  • 4 teaspoons of heavy cream or cream
  • 80 grams of Parmesan cheese
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of black pepper
  • 20 grams of Butter

How to make Cocotte Eggs:

Step NO 1
