To start making the recipe, the first thing we have to do is get the ingredients ready.Cut the wooden toothpicks so that we have small skewers, and cut the boneless chicken breast into cubes.To assemble the skewers, alternate the chicken pieces with the cherry tomatoes, until the wooden toothpick is completely covered, like In the photography.
Place skewers on heat-resistant cookie sheet; add a little salt, black pepper and olive oil. Preheat the oven to 180ºC and insert the tray. Bake the skewers for about 12-15 minutes, or until the chicken is done.Finally, bathes with bechamel sauce the chicken skewers , and if you like, garnish the dish with basil leaves or chopped chives to give another touch.
If desired, you can serve some additional béchamel.
