How to make Chicken with Balsamic Reduction:
Before making the baked chicken recipe, the first step is to get all the ingredients ready . In a buttered skillet, sauté the feathered onions until translucent. Then add the sugar and cook over low heat for 10 minutes. Open the breast in half , season with salt and pepper on both sides and fill with the caramelized onion .
Close the chicken using small wooden toothpicks.Separately, in a frying pan with oil, seal the chicken breast over high heat. Cook on both sides until golden brown. Place the stuffed chicken breast in a baking dish and place in the oven at 180ºC .
