How to make Chicken with apricot and chipotles:
To make the sauce , blend the soy, Worcestershire sauce, seasoning juice, chicken bouillon powder, water, apricot jam, and chipotle peppers. If you prefer to make your own jam , all you have to do is cook for fifteen minutes over low heat 250 grams of sugar and 250 grams of fresh apricot pulp, adding the cloves and ground black pepper to season.
Cut the chicken breasts into strips and seal (cook briefly) on both sides in a very hot skillet over high heat with enough oil so that they do not stick. In this way we prevent the breasts from losing their juice when baking. Place the chicken in a baking dish and bathe with the apricot and chipotle sauce. Bake at 200ºC for 40 minutes or until the chicken is completely cooked.
