When we talk about pancake we refer to a type of bread or arepa made from a very simple mixture of ingredients in which it is spread on the hot surface of a pan. In this case, I’m going to use oatmeal and chia seeds to make delicious, but above all, healthy and nutritious pancakes .
Ingredients to make Chia Seed and Oatmeal Pancakes:
- 60 grams of Chia seeds
- 150 grams of Oatmeal in flakes
- 4 units of Banana or banana
- 50 milliliters of Water
- 1 pinch of ground cinnamon
- 1 dessert spoon of Vanilla Essence
How to Make Chia Seed Oatmeal Pancakes:
Step NO 1
Our first step is to pre-list the ingredients in order to make our recipe.
Step NO 2
Take the oatmeal in flakes and the bananas or bananas even in a bowl, process very well until the ingredients are integrated.
Step NO 3
Hydrate our chia seeds with the water that we had reserved and add these two ingredients to the previous mixture, it integrates very well.
Step NO 4
Add the remaining ingredients, the cinnamon powder and the vanilla essence to taste, if you wish you can add a little sugar or sweetener.

Bring a frying pan over medium heat and add a little butter, once hot add a little of the chia and oatmeal pancake mixture as seen in the photograph. Let it brown on that side and when you can, turn it over with the help of a spatula.
Step NO 6
Once it is golden, turn the pancake over and let it brown on the next side. Repeat this process until the oatmeal chia pancake mix is gone.
Step NO 7
