Ingredients to make Cheese Mousse:
- 200 gr. Roquefort cheese
- 250 gr. curd
- 200 gr. whipped or liquid cream
- 20 gr. gelatin sheets
- Salt
- ground white pepper
- ginger or lemon zest
- 2 dl. milk

How to make Cheese Mousse:
Step NO 1
The cheese is crushed with the milk, the cottage cheese is added and it continues to be crushed.
Step NO 2
When it is made into a fine paste, add the cream, salt and ground white pepper.
Step NO 3
The gelatin is soaked and dissolved with a tablespoon of hot milk.

Step NO 4
It is added to the pasta and placed in a mold to cool.
Step NO 5
When it is very cold and solid, it is removed from the mold.
