- 1 unit of White Onion
- 3 units of Carrot
- 3 units of Eggs
- 2 tablespoons heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon of olive oil
- 1 pinch of fresh Parsley
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of black pepper
How to make Carrot Omelette:
Step NO 1
The first step in making our healthy omelette is to pre-list the ingredients .
Step NO 2
In a bowl, grate the carrots as shown in the photograph.

Besides, mix the eggs with the cream, parsley, salt and pepper. Beat them to make the healthy omelette.

Bring a pan over medium heat with a little oil and sauté the onion , previously cut into small squares and sauté.
