- 4 eggs
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 200 grams of common wheat flour
- 1 lemon (its skin)
- 1 liter of semi-skimmed milk
- 2 tablespoons orange blossom water or anise
- 3 tablespoons of honey
- 2 glasses of sunflower oil
- 2 tablespoons of anise beans (anisetes)
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
How to make carnival pancakes:
