- 4 Eggs
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 spring onion
- 100 milliliters of liquid cream
- Ground black pepper
How to make Eggs a la berrichone:
Step NO 1
First thing you have to do to make these eggs a la berrichonne is to cook them in plenty of water for 10 or 12 minutes. When cooked, peel the eggs and cut them in half lengthwise.
Next, put the cooked yolks in a bowl and mash them with a fork. Add the finely chopped chives, chopped garlic and parsley, season with salt and pepper and mix well.

Next, add a little liquid cream, stir and mix until you see that you have a manageable paste .
