Ingredients to make Beans with partridge:

  • 2 farmed partridges
  • 1 package of farm beans (haricot)
  • 2 leeks
  • 1 red onion
  • 5 cloves of garlic
  • 3 bay leaves
  • 3 cloves
  • 1 dessert spoon of sweet paprika, ground rosemary
  • 1 dessert spoon of salt or to the point, ground chili, or pepper
  • 1 small glass of apple cider vinegar and virgin olive oil

How to make beans with partridge:

Step NO 1

After soaking the farm beans for 24 hours, place them in a deep saucepan with enough water to cover them at least three fingers above them.

Add the whole peeled tomato , the garlic cloves with the skin and without peeling. Also add the leeks and, before adding the peeled red onion, prick the cloves into it.
