Ingredients to make Baked Stuffed Eggs:
- 8 eggs
- ½ onion
- ½ eggplant
- ½ red pepper
- 2 tomatoes
- 2 glasses of bechamel sauce
- 50 grams of grated cheese
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
How to make Baked Stuffed Eggs:
Step NO 1
We will make these baked stuffed eggs with béchamel with vegetables, but you can change the filling to your liking. With this in mind, to start the first step will be to make the vegetable filling .
To do this, we clean all the vegetables and cut them into small cubes. We put a frying pan on the fire with oil and fry the onion together with the pepper for 10 minutes over low heat. Add the aubergine and fry for 5 more minutes, stirring from time to time. Then we add the tomato, season and fry everything together for 20 minutes.
