It is a delicious provlone cheese casserole with homemade tomato sauce and oregano to dunk bread without stopping and enjoy taste of a good pizza in an original way. - 1 slice of provlone cheese (sold in supermarket)
- natural tomato sauce (best homemade)
- oregano
How to make baked Provolone with natural tomato:
Step NO 1
We put homemade natural tomato sauce in a clay pot .
Step NO 2
On top and in center we place cheese .
Step NO 3
Sprinkle oregano to taste and put provolone in oven on grill option, until we see that cheese melts and browns to our liking.
Step NO 4
