Ingredients to make Arzak Eggs:
- 3 potatoes
- 8 eggs
- 6 slices of Serrano ham
- 24 small green peppers
- extra virgin olive oil Hojiblanca
- chopped parsley
How to make Arzak Eggs:
Step NO 1
Peel the potatoes, cut them into half moons and fry them in a frying pan with plenty of oil.
Step NO 2
Chop 4 slices of ham into cubes and sauté them in a frying pan with a little oil. Let it cool.
Step NO 3
Line 4 bowls with plastic wrap, serve on each one a little chopped ham, an egg and sprinkle with parsley and pepper. Close the film by knotting the 4 ends in one and put them to cook for 4 minutes in a saucepan with plenty of water. Repeat the operation with the other 4 eggs.
Step NO 4
When the potatoes are ready, remove them, place them in a bowl and season. Remove some of the oil from the pan, fry the peppers in the same pan and season.
